A Consecration to the Divine Mercy

Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Immortal One,
I consecrate myself, my entire being, and all that I am to your Divine Mercy.

Eternal Father,
I offer you all of my works, joys, prayers, sufferings, and inconveniences of this day
and for the entirety of my earthly life to your Most Holy Will,
which is Love and Mercy itself.

Grant that while I am here, in this veil of tears,
I may shield myself within the red and pale rays that stream from your most Sacred Heart.
May the blood and water which gush forth from your side
wash over me and transform me into an image of your Mercy.

From this day forward, I commit myself, by Your grace,
to be an apostle of Your unfathomable Mercy—
extending forgiveness to those who have wronged me,
to all fallen humanity,
and most sincerely, to myself.
Through this act of mercy, I seek to participate
in the salvation of souls and the redemption of the cosmos.

Oh, Fountain of Life,
empower me with your Holy Spirit
and the accompaniment of my holy guardians and heavenly patrons,
to gently warn my friends, family, and associates of your coming justice,
so that they, too, will put all of their trust in you.

Look kindly upon me and increase your Mercy within me,
so that I may persevere to the end within the bosom of Holy Church
as a child of Our Lady of Mercy.

Lord Jesus Christ, Son of the Living God,
have mercy on me, a sinner.

Jesus, I trust in you.
